"From China to Chile, from the European Union to countries in Africa and the Middle East, Ukrainian products continue to enter new markets," the agency said in a statement.
"During the first six months of 2026 alone, Ukraine agreed on 23 new export destinations and trade conditions for domestic products. That already exceeds the total of 22 new markets opened during all of 2025."
According to the agency, an increasing share of newly opened markets is focused on processed goods and products with higher added value, including pet food, dairy products, egg products, meat products and other processed agricultural goods.
The trend aligns with Ukraine's Export Strategy through 2030, which aims to shift the country away from primarily exporting raw materials and toward increasing exports of competitive, value-added products, the agency said.
New export opportunities opened for Ukrainian products since the beginning of 2026 include:
• Albania — processed pet food
• Algeria — beef cattle, feeder cattle and breeding cattle
• Vietnam — egg products
• Georgia — beef and beef byproducts, plant-based feed, rendered fats for non-food use, and animal byproducts
• Denmark — live rodents
• Egypt — sheep for immediate slaughter, egg products, fish products and pet food
• South Korea — pet food
• Côte d'Ivoire — beef, lamb, poultry meat and related products
• Kuwait — meat and meat products
• Moldova — live snails, snail caviar and meat products
• Chile — milk and dairy products
• European Union — planting material of sour cherry and dwarf cherry varieties and their hybrids
• China — flour
The State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection also said negotiations are continuing to open the Algerian market to Ukrainian poultry exports.
