Ukrainian strikes severely damage up to 15 fuel tanks at major Russian oil depot - video

The published data, evidenced by satellite images, shows that at least four to five tanks were completely destroyed or severely damaged in June 8 strike. At the same time, the total number of damaged storage units rose following two consecutive attacks that occurred in May and early June.

Grushova oil depot is located in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, and serves as a crucial logistical component of the Russian fuel and energy sector.

Overnight on June 8, operators from the 1st Separate Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces, in coordination with units of the Special Operations Forces and other components of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, struck Grushova transshipment oil depot.

Experts assessed that hitting such facilities significantly impacts Russia's ability to store and transport the fuel required to supply its military operations.
