New coach Rebrov holds first training with Ukraine’s national football team, photos
Ukraine’s national football team is preparing for a friendly with Germany and EURO 2024 qualification games against North Macedonia and Malta, Ukrainian Association of Football posted photos on Instagram on June 9.
The games will be the first under new head coach Serhii Rebrov.
The Ukrainian team arrived in Bremen yesterday and held a stretching rehab session in a hotel.
The team will hold its first training on the Werder Bremen football pitch on June 9.
Ukraine will play a friendly match with Germany on June 12, and EURO 2024 qualifiers against Northern Macedonia and Malta on June 16 and 19, respectively.
The Ukrainian national team squad for the Euro 2024 qualifiers was named at the end of May.
It was reported later that striker Roman Yaremchuk will not participate due to injury.
