Late rock legend Skryabin’s daughter shares footage after Russian drone hits her Kyiv apartment

A Russian strike drone hit a high-rise apartment building in Kyiv where Barbara Kuzmenko – daughter of the late legendary Ukrainian rock musician Andriy “Kuzma” Kuzmenko – resides.
Barbara Kuzmenko shared graphic video footage detailing the extensive damage and fires left behind by the Russian strike.
The footage shows intense flames pouring from the windows of a residential high-rise building, following a Russian drone strike on the upper floors on the afternoon of September 1.
“They hit my residential complex, though it was an adjacent building,” Barbara Kuzmenko wrote. “Physically we are all fine, but mentally... there are no words.”
“I have been operating on autopilot at work,” she added, thanking everyone who reached out to offer messages of support and concern.
“Our wing of the complex, thank God, is fine,” she added. “The most important thing is that everyone is alive.”
Kuzmenko is a dermatologist, trichologist, and cosmetologist who operates a private practice in central Kyiv. A 2020 graduate of Bogomolets National Medical University, she has been married to her former university classmate, Viktor Tur, since 2019.
