Ukraine’s Army of Drones breaks record for most Russian equipment destroyed in a one-week period

A record-breaking 220 units of Russian equipment were destroyed by Ukraine’s Army of Drones in the past week, Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov reported on Telegram on Oct. 2.
This number includes 69 artillery systems, 17 self-propelled artillery units, 33 tanks, 41 trucks, and various other types of equipment, he said.
The Army of Drones is a joint project of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the State Special Communications Service, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the UNITED24 fundraising platform. It is a comprehensive program that includes the systematic procurement of drones for the Ukrainian military, their maintenance and operational replacement, as well as operator training courses.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
