Number of injured increases to 16 in Russia's Easter attack on Kharkiv

The number of injured increased to 16 as a result of Russia's May 5 attack on Kharkiv, Kharkiv Governor Oleh Synehubov reported on May 6.
14 apartment buildings, three cars, a medical facility, a dormitory, an office building, garages, cafes, and 11 private homes were destroyed in the city, he said.
Russia targeted other settlements in Kharkiv Oblast.
A 59-year-old woman was injured in the village of Zolochiv, Bohoduhiv district, in an overnight guided aerial bomb strike, Synehubov said.
Educational institutions, the Social Security department, a court, and 10 private homes were also damaged in the attack.
An 88-year-old woman died and two other civilians were injured in a Russian strike on the village of Monachynivka, Kupyansky district, while a 79-year-old man was wounded in a Russian Multi-Launch Rocket System (MLRS) strike on Kivsharivka, Kupyansky district, he reported.

15 people were initially reported injured after Russia targeted a residential building in Kharkiv's Shevchenkivsky district on May 5, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said,
A 25-year-old woman, the youngest injured in the attack, remains in critical condition, Suspilne reported.
Russia hit the city with three Unified Multi-Purpose Gliding Bombs (UMPB D30-SN), the Regional Prosecutor's office reported.
More than 15 apartment buildings, private houses, cars, and other objects were damaged in the attack, Synehubov said.
