Ukrainian drone raises flag in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast – Video
The Ukrainian Armed Forces raised a Ukrainian flag in
Russia’s Belgorod Oblast's Grayvoron district, as seen in a video
shared on June 9 by Ukrainian blogger and volunteer Serhiy Sternenko.
As can be seen in the footage he posted, Ukrainian soldiers used a drone to attach the blue and yellow flag to a mobile phone tower in the village of Bezymeno, and the operator of the drone demonstrated real skill in performing the task.
"Local residents are waiting for liberation," Sternenko said in a comment to the video, ironizing the situation of residents of the Russian border areas.
“The soldiers of the 82nd Wild Division Brigade decided to cheer them up and planted the flag of Ukraine using an FPV drone. The enslaved residents of the young republic, who are tired of being under Russian occupation, recorded it from the ground.”
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
