Sevastopol was reportedly hit, according to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel on Aug.

Earlier, Crimean Wind reported explosions across the
temporarily occupied Crimea, particularly from Sevastopol to Balaklava, Saki,
Yevpatoria, and Simferopol.
In Sevastopol, smoke was visible over the city center
following a series of explosions.
After the first explosions, Russian planes took off from the
Belbek airfield.
Sevastopol’s so-called governor, Mikhail Razvozhayev,
claimed Russian air defense shot down over four air targets, with missile and
UAV wreckage falling on Sevastopol’s streets.
Crimean Wind also mentioned a possible hit near the Russian
Black Sea Fleet’s 13th ship repair plant in Kilen Bay, Sevastopol.
