Russian shelling killed two civilians in Bakhmut and wounded four, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko reported on July 4.
“Russia is killing civilians!” Kyrylenko wrote on Telegram. “On July 4, the Russians killed two citizens of Donbas in Bakhmut. Another four people were wounded.”
According to him, medical assistance was also provided to two people injured in Kostyantynivka, Luhansk Oblast.
"Currently, it is impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha,” said Kyrylenko.
