Oil depot in occupied Makiivka on fire
Explosions have occurred in the temporarily
occupied city of Makiivka,
Donetsk Oblast, setting a major oil depot in the town ablaze, local propaganda
news reported on July 5.
Russian propaganda outlet Izvestia, citing the so-called “head” of the occupation administration, suggested the fire broke out due to a Ukrainian attack on the facility.
Kyiv is yet to comment on the incident.
On July 4, a video of an attack on a Russian ammunition depot near Makiivka appeared on social media. It was located in the inner courtyard of an unfinished residential complex.
