Rada votes not to allow bail for people suspected of correcting artillery for enemy

Ukraine’s parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, has voted for stricter measures against thosesuspected of adjusting Russian artillery and missile strikes on Ukrainian cities, apeople's deputy from the Holos party, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, said on Aug 16.
“The Rada has changed the preventive measure procedure for (artillery and missile strike) spotters,” said Zheleznyak on his Telegram channel. “Now it is impossible to get out on bail before the trial.”
According to Zheleznyak, the relevant amendments have been made to Ukraine’s Criminal Code.
