Russia confirms top military official killed in missile strike on Arabat Spit

A colonel of the Russian Interior Ministry, Sergei Postovalov, was killed in a missile strike on a hotel on the Russian-occupied Arabat Spit in the Sea of Azov on June 10, Russian police reported on June 20.
Postovalov served as the Russian Interior Ministry's deputy head in Russia’s Voronezh Oblast. He was "appointed" to the same position in the Russian occupation authority in Kherson Oblast.
The Moscow-appointed head of the Kherson occupation, Volodymyr Saldo, was also located at the hotel, according to media reports.
Saldo subsequently claimed that a hotel had been destroyed in the coastal town of Zaliznyi Port, while complaining about the “persecution of the leading persons of Kherson Oblast."
