An independent appraisal set the market value of Kerambud LLC, located in Lviv Oblast, at 246.2 million hryvnias ($5.9 million), Ukraine’s Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) said in a statement on June 25.

The seized asset, along with other properties belonging to brothers of former MPs Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak, was transferred to ARMA’s management by court order.

“ARMA conducted an on-site inspection of the seized strategic asset, Kerambud LLC,” the agency stated. “The factory specializes in producing construction bricks and is among the largest producers of this product in Ukraine’s western region.”

The factory is equipped with modern German high-tech equipment and operates a fully automated production cycle, capable of manufacturing up to 4 million units monthly.

The inspection found no violations or instances of misuse of the asset.

ARMA said it is initiating preliminary market consultations to determine an effective management model for Kerambud LLC.

In June 2025, ARMA reported illegal use of another seized factory, Betonbud, also linked to Medvedchuk.

In January 2025, ARMA announced a tender to select a manager for three apartments, houses, and a land plot previously owned by Oksana Marchenko, Medvedchuk’s wife.

In November 2024, ARMA sold a portrait of Medvedchuk.
