Conscripts from Bashkortostan, Russia, who went to fight in Ukraine with dreams of victory, faced a tragic end, as reported by Ukrainian journalist Yuriy Butusov on Telegram on April 2.
Initially seen in high spirits, singing and dancing, their return was marked by a somber scene as they came back in coffins, highlighting the stark reality of war.
The heavy losses suffered by the Russian Armed Forces are hardly surprising given the reckless tactics employed by the Russian command, like sending soldiers to storm positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Chinese "golf carts."
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
