Mariana Bezuhla leaves the Servant of the People party
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence decided on July 15 to remove Bezuhla from the post of chair of the subcommittee on democratic civilian control.
The legislator herself responded by writing on Facebook that the committee's decision was related to her public statements about problems in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Golos MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram on July 17 that Mariana Bezuhla had left the Servant of the People party.
The lawmaker herself later confirmed her action and published a statement on her resignation from the party on her Facebook page.
