Ukrainian Fashion Week announces dates for SS27 season

Ukrainian Fashion Week has announced the dates for its 59th season. The SS27 collections will be presented from Sept. 2 to 6, 2026, in Kyiv.
The new season will focus on craft production and its contemporary reinterpretation by Ukrainian designers. The spotlight will be on handmade work, folk crafts and artisanal techniques, which in modern design appear not as a tribute to tradition but as a tool for innovation and preserving identity, thereby defining the uniqueness of the Ukrainian fashion industry.
“The ability and desire of Ukrainian designers to work with crafts, integrating them into contemporary design, shapes a distinct voice for the Ukrainian fashion industry on the world stage,” said Iryna Danylevska, co-founder and CEO of Ukrainian Fashion Week.
“In this process, fashion becomes a tool that not only preserves identity but also defines its place and value in the global context.”
This year, Ukrainian Fashion Week celebrates its 29th anniversary. For all these years, the Ukrainian Fashion Week has played a key role in the development of the Ukrainian fashion industry, serving as a platform for launching new talents, facilitating interaction between industry professionals and established brands. Under the conditions of the full-scale war, UFW has taken on special significance, supporting the development of the Ukrainian creative ecosystem and strengthening the international presence of Ukrainian fashion.
Brand registration for participation in the Ukrainian Fashion Week SS27 season continues until May 15 via the link provided by the organizers.
