Kramatorsk woman recounts losing her husband in Russian missile strike – video

Kramatorsk, in Donetsk Oblast, was one of the cities that suffered from the Russian mass missile and drone attack overnight on June 14, with two civilians killed and two injured.
Hanna, a Kramatorsk resident, shared her experience of the Russian strike on the city. Her husband was among those killed in the attack.
“We woke up at 5 a.m. and decided to get some more sleep,” she told Radio Liberty.
“But suddenly something heavy fell on us. So fast... At first, I was talking to my husband. He said it was hard for him to breathe and couldn’t move.”
Later, he stopped responding, Hanna said.
Then the rescuers started digging them up, she added.
“It seemed to me that it was endless,” the woman said.
“It hurts.”
In addition to Kramatorsk, the Russians also shelled the town of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast. One civilian was killed and another one was injured in the shelling.
In a separate attack on the same night, Russia killed three and injured 13 after shelling Odesa.
